Zeotap

Zeotap CDP is the easy, secure, and impactful customer data platform made in Europe for Europe. It empowers brands to integrate, unify, segment and orchestrate customer data now and in the cookieless future, all while putting consumer privacy and compliance front and center.

These integrations support:

• Creating Uploaded (Static) ListsA reusable audience list that you create. Uploaded lists are static and updatable. In the API, they are referred to as Static Lists.
• Setting Custom EventsEvents that indicate that a user performed a predefined action, such as adding an item to a shopping cart, viewing a screen, or clicking an Unsubscribe button. Custom events can trigger automation, including Sequences, Scenes, and Surveys. You can code them into your app or website, or send them to Airship from an external source using the custom event API. Custom events contain properties that you can use to personalize messages.
• Named UserA customer-provided identifier used for mapping multiple devices and channels to a specific individual. export
• Real-Time Data Streaming (RTDS)A service that delivers engagement events in real time via the Data Streaming API or an Airship partner integration.

Configuring the inbound integration

In Airship:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Under Project Configuration, select Manage for Partner Integrations.
3. Select Zeotap.
4. Select Configure for the inbound integration and follow the onscreen instructions to:
   • Create an authentication token. Zeotap uses the token to communicate with your project in Airship.
   • Configure Airship in Zeotap.

Configuring the outbound integration

In Airship:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Under Project Configuration, select Manage for Partner Integrations.
3. Select Zeotap.
4. Select Configure for the outbound integration and follow the onscreen instructions to:
   • Set up Airship Real-Time Data Streaming in Zeotap as a source.
   • Enter your Zeotap API Endpoint URL and Write Key in Airship.
   • Select the Airship events to send to Zeotap.
