Preference center options.

Properties:

merge_channel_data_to_contact boolean <optional>

When true, the preference center is in a migration state where channel data is being migrated to the contact. When displaying a preference center in this state, channel subscription list membership should be fetched and used to populate the contact state for the current channel.
