Live Activities
Live Activities display current data from your app on the iPhone Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
Live Activities can make it easier to keep tabs on things happening in real time. Rather than receiving multiple notifications from the same app for things like a game’s latest score, food delivery status, or rideshare arrivals, this information can now be pinned to the iPhone Lock Screen, keeping you up to date without having to unlock your phone.
We’ve updated our iOS SDK and Push API to support:
- Registering Live Activities
- Tracking Live Activity tokens
- Updating and ending Live Activities
