Attribute Storage for Survey Responses

Airship Surveys now support storing responses to single choice survey questions as attributes.

Store the SurveyQuestion-and-answer experiences used to collect and aggregate feedback or generate a net promoter score. They are cached on users’ devices and displayed when your users meet certain conditions within your app, such as viewing a particular screen or opening the app a certain number of times. responses as text or number AttributesMetadata used for audience segmentation and personalization. They extend the concept of Tags by adding comparison operators and values to determine whether or not to target a user, helping you better evaluate your audience. and use their values for segmentation, personalization, and updating the contact record for a user.

When adding a single choice question in a survey:

  1. Enable Store as Attribute.
  2. Search for and select an attribute.
  3. Enter a value next to each answer. The value entered must match the attribute type (text or number). If empty, the response is not stored as an attribute.
