Salesforce Marketing Cloud Button Support

Airship’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration now supports notification buttons.

For Web and App messages, you can add predefined interactive buttons and configure them to add or remove tags. For any button with a configurable ActionA configurable behavior that occurs when a user interacts with your message, e.g., opening a web page., you also select what action should occur when they press the button: Home, Web Page, or Dismiss.

This enhancement is available for all new and existing integration users.
