We are thrilled to announce the release of Scenes. Scenes enable marketers to create new app experiences out of the box, providing the autonomy they are looking for to showcase the value of their app beginning with the first interaction, with no development resources needed.

A Scene is an in-app experience that you define in the Scenes composer. Similar to an In-App AutomationMessages that are cached on users’ devices and displayed when your users meet certain conditions within your app, such as viewing a particular screen or opening the app a certain number of times., a scene will be presented to a user when they engage with your app, provided that the TriggerAn event that initiates an automation, sequence, scene, or survey. conditions you defined have been met.

Ready-made App Experiences

A number of our customers have asked for a way to create rich, compelling, multi-screen, in-app experiences covering a range of use cases from onboarding and feature awareness to event promotion and daily deals. Thanks to your feedback, we have created Scenes.

With Scenes, you can create an app experience from scratch, or start with one of our ready-made templates:

App Onboarding: Onboard new users to your app
App Update: Alert users that the latest version of your app is now available.
Account Upgrade: Inform users that their subscription has ended or that it is time to upgrade.
Feature Awareness: Educate users about specific features to encourage them to try them out
