Our new contact management tool replaces Contact Lookup for viewing details about your contacts. Go to Audience » Contact Management to search for a contact and get a list of matching Named UsersA customer-provided identifier used for mapping multiple devices and channels to a specific individual. or ChannelsAn Airship-specific unique identifier used to address a channel instance, e.g., a smartphone, web browser, email address..

You can then:

• View details about channels
• See which channels are associated with a named user
• Edit an email or SMS channel’s opt-in status

Plus new features:

• Add or remove a channel to/from a named user
• Create a named user for a channel
• Delete a contact from your Airship records — either an individual channel, or a named user and its associated channels

You can also now search your contacts using an email address or phone number, in addition to the previously available search options Named User IDA customer-provided identifier used for mapping multiple devices and channels to a specific individual., Channel IDAn Airship-specific unique identifier used to address a channel instance, e.g., a smartphone, web browser, email address., and Device TokenAn identifier used to identify an instance of your app running on an iOS device.
