Opt-in forms for Email and SMS can be placed anywhere on your website, providing an additional way to collect emails and phone numbers and create contacts in Airship.

Airship provides the HTML and Javascript code for the forms, which can be displayed inside a webpage or as a modal window. The forms will adopt stylings from your site’s CSS, but can be edited to match your design. With customizable options, you can display forms in large and small formats, localize the content, and set timing options to auto display and hide the modal form.
