Salesforce Marketing Cloud RTDS Updates

This update to our Salesforce Marketing Cloud RTDS integration adds the Attribute Operations event and enhances the Tag change event type so that you can receive more valuable information about tags.

The Attribute Operations event type is now available

Enable the new Attribute operations event type when configuring Real-Time Data Streaming for Salesforce. The Attribute Operations event will automatically be added to your Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder as the ATTRIBUTE_OPERATION_EVENTS data extension.

The Tag change event type has been enhanced

The Tag change event type, which is automatically set up in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder as the TAG_CHANGE_EVENTS data extension, now also enables the TAG_ACTION_EVENTS data extension. This new data extension lists all tags that have been added or removed. The behavior of the TAG_CHANGE_EVENTS data extension will not change.
