Advanced Opt-In and Keyword Features for SMS
Create custom SMS responses based on opt-in status and active keyword time frames.
You can now reply to keywords and opt-in requests using additional conditions in SMS.
Currently opted-in
In addition to sending a custom welcome message to an opt-in keyword, you can now send an alternate response if the user is already opted in.

Active keyword time frame
In addition to custom keyword replies and setting actions such as adding or removing tags, you can now set start and end times for a keyword. This lets you create a custom response when a keyword is used before or after the active time frame.
