The Welcome Series uses the First Seen trigger — your messages will be sent to users who open the app for the first time. The Re-engagement journey uses the Inactivity trigger — your messages will be sent to users who haven’t opened your app in the last 15 days. The Re-engagement journey can also be used for Web.
Each template includes two messages, with placeholder content for you to customize. Delays and delivery timing are preset and can be adjusted for your needs.
To get started, click Create and select the Welcome Series or Re-engagement journey template, then follow the onscreen tour and customize the journey settings and content. See the full documentation in Use journey templates.
