Edit Your Profile

Edit your Airship account username, email address, or password.

Changing your username

  • MFA-enabled accounts:

    1. Click   in the dashboard header and click Account Info.
    2. Click MANAGE next to Username/Email Address in the Profile pane.
    3. Enter your password and click Next.
    4. Authenticate with one of your MFA factors.
    5. Enter a new email address, then click Change username and email address.
    6. Check your email and click the link to verify your new email address.
  • Non-MFA enabled accounts:

    1. Click   in the dashboard header and click Account Info.
    2. Click MANAGE next to Username/Email Address in the Profile pane.
    3. Enter your password and click Continue.
    4. Enter a new email address, then click Change username and email address.
    5. Check your email and click the link to verify your new email address.

Changing your password

  • MFA-enabled accounts: You are required to change your password every 90 days, and you cannot reuse any your previous 15 passwords since first configuring MFA.

    1. Click   in the dashboard header and click Account Info.
    2. Click MANAGE next to Password in the Profile pane. Your Okta MFA account management page will open in a new tab.
    3. Follow the onscreen steps to change your password.
  • Non-MFA enabled accounts:

    1. Click   in the dashboard header and click Account Info.
    2. Click MANAGE next to Password in the Profile pane.
    3. Enter your current password then your new password.
    4. Click Save.

Deactivating your account

E-commerce customers can deactivate their own accounts. Please contact Airship Support to deactivate enterprise user accounts.

  1. Click   in the dashboard header and click Account Info.
  2. Click Deactivate Account and confirm deactivation.
