Airship Pilot Features
Get early access to enhancements and help shape the product direction through your feedback.
This page lists pilot features currently available in the Airship dashboard. A basic description is provided for all features, and additional information is provided for some features. Full documentation is not available for any listed feature until it is generally available (GA). For the latest Airship GA releases, see What’s New.
Airship Pilot features and reports are provided as is. Please note:
- Features may be modified or removed entirely.
- Features may contain bugs or reliability issues.
Use of Pilot features is governed by the Airship Beta Services Terms .
Current pilot features
The following pilot features are available in the Airship dashboard as of the December 2025 release.
Campaign AI Assistant
Upload a campaign brief or converse with an agent to quickly build a campaign.
Try it: Go to Campaigns and select AI Campaign Assistant.
Scenes Agent
Go beyond simple screen creation. Converse with an agent to build multiple screens or use precise, natural language to make instant edits.
Try it: When editing the content of a Scene, select AI Scene Assistant.
Scenes Accessibility Agent
Make your content inclusive and accessible for more users. The agent automatically identifies issues (e.g., color contrast, alt text) and recommends single-click fixes to streamline your process.
Try it: When editing the content of a Scene, select the accessibility icon () in the left sidebar.
Conversational Mapping
Make edits to a Journey using a conversational agent. Available for Journeys containing only Sequences.
Try it: Go to Journeys, select a Sequence-based Journey, and then select AI Journey Assistant.
AI Email Template
Generate professional email templates by uploading an image or HTML file and letting AI do the rest.
Try it: Go to Content, then Templates, and select Generate with AI.
Centralized Access Control
Add or remove team members from multiple projects on one unified page.
Try it: Select the Account menu icon () in the header, then Team Management. From there, select Try out our new Team Access page to switch to the new experience. To return to the original view, select the Account menu icon () and Team Management again.
Controlling access and providing feedback
To enable or disable pilot features in Airship:
- Select the atom icon ()in the header.
- Toggle Enable all pilot enhancements.
- Select Save and reload.
To let us know about your experience with these features, select the atom icon (), then Submit feedback. Select the product area, provide your feedback, and let us know if you’d like to schedule a session with our product team.
