Edit Your Profile
Edit your Airship account username, email address, or password.
Changing your username
MFA-enabled accounts:
- Click in the dashboard header and click Account Info.
- Click MANAGE next to Username/Email Address in the Profile pane.
- Enter your password and click Next.
- Authenticate with one of your MFA factors.
- Enter a new email address, then click Change username and email address.
- Check your email and click the link to verify your new email address.
Non-MFA enabled accounts:
- Click in the dashboard header and click Account Info.
- Click MANAGE next to Username/Email Address in the Profile pane.
- Enter your password and click Continue.
- Enter a new email address, then click Change username and email address.
- Check your email and click the link to verify your new email address.
Changing your password
MFA-enabled accounts: You are required to change your password every 90 days, and you cannot reuse any your previous 15 passwords since first configuring MFA.
- Click in the dashboard header and click Account Info.
- Click MANAGE next to Password in the Profile pane. Your Okta MFA account management page will open in a new tab.
- Follow the onscreen steps to change your password.
Non-MFA enabled accounts:
- Click in the dashboard header and click Account Info.
- Click MANAGE next to Password in the Profile pane.
- Enter your current password then your new password.
- Click Save.
Deactivating your account
E-commerce customers can deactivate their own accounts. Please contact Airship Support to deactivate enterprise user accounts.
- Click in the dashboard header and click Account Info.
- Click Deactivate Account and confirm deactivation.
