Only e-commerce customers can edit their account plans. Enterprise customers, contact Airship Sales with any change requests.
Click in the right side of the Airship dashboard header, then click Account Info. Your products are listed in the Plan & Payment Details pane. If you are enrolled in a trial, it will be listed under Additional Products.
You can use self-service to manage add-ons and to upgrade to a paid plan from a free billing tier.
- Click UPGRADE or MANAGE ADDONS.
- Click Upgrade to move to a paid plan.
- Click Try for 30 days or to either enroll in a trial for an add-on. Some add-ons require contacting Airship.
