Update profile settings and message templates in Account Settings.

The user settings and message templates can be configured in Account Settings, which can be accessed from the   menu.

Update your profile settings, including profile picture, password and 2-Factor Authentication in User Settings.

Agents manage their own, personalized message templates in Message Templates. These personal message templates are only visible to the agent that created them.

Admins can create message templates that are globally available to all agents via Administration » Message Templates.
