The Live Chat Manager interface is intuitive and easy to use.
Depending on permissions, agents will have access to only their own conversations (Agent role) or all conversations (Admin/Super Admin roles).
The Live Conversations page is the place to access all active conversations.
The Administration menu is available to users with either the Admin or Super Admin role. Only the company account Admin can edit another user’s access level.
Administration features include:
- Settings: Set system options such as user password expiration, default auto-response, etc.
- Integrations: Configure and edit your Airship integration.
- Users: Add new users, edit user details and permissions.
- Message Templates: Add, edit, and remove message templates.
