Thanks to your feedback, we're introducing a handful of the most-requested enhancements to In-App Automation. Now you can target users with server-side tags from your CRM or other backend systems. We're also rolling out new advanced options for 'missed behavior,' or in other words, the automation behavior when a user misses one of your messages. Plus new settings and HTML options. Enjoy!

Today we added support for Android notification categories in the Airship Engage dashboard. Notification categories allow your users to manage notification settings for each category that you have defined for your app, e.g., 'promotions' or 'breaking news'. Categories represent the Android notification channels that you implement in your app.
